Financing Product Comparison
Different financing paths address different business, equipment, and real estate needs. This comparison is limited to Meridian programs currently approved for public presentation.
Compare the primary purpose
Start with what the transaction is intended to accomplish. The purpose, asset or property involved, and available business information help determine which financing discussion is relevant.
| Financing path | Primary use | Structure / published parameters |
|---|---|---|
| Business Line of Credit | Recurring business expenses and operating needs | Revolving credit line; $25K–$250K; interest-only payments; no draw period |
| Equipment Financing | Equipment purchase and eligible lease discussions | $25K–$300M; terms up to 7 years; purchase, refinance, and lease options |
| Equipment Refinancing | Review of an existing equipment obligation | Refinance path within Meridian’s equipment-financing capabilities; transaction-specific terms |
| Fix & Flip / Bridge Financing | Short-term property purchase, renovation, resale, or refinance | Up to 90% purchase, 100% rehab, and 75% ARV; possible closing in as little as two weeks |
| Ground-Up Construction | Residential or commercial development | Up to 85% LTC, 70% ARV, and 60% land value financing; financing starts at $500K |
| Long-Term Investment Financing | Purchase or refinance of investment property | Residential: $100K+, up to 80% LTV, terms up to 30 years; commercial/mixed-use: $200K+, up to 75% LTV |
Revolving credit is different from a defined transaction
The Business Line of Credit option presented through Meridian is a revolving credit product. It is separate from equipment financing and real estate financing. A line of credit may support recurring business needs, while equipment and real estate products are tied more directly to a defined asset or property transaction.
Use published parameters as a starting point
Published amounts, percentages, rates, and terms describe the approved program information available for these pages. They are not commitments or universal requirements.
Availability, eligibility, structures, costs, and timing depend on the transaction, provider review, documentation, program availability, and applicable terms.
This resource is educational. Specific Meridian program terms, requirements, and availability depend on the program and transaction review.
